The website very easy to navigate and choose the appropriate flowers for us to send , the bouquet arrived exactly the time promised and we were kept informed of delivery etc.
But the card that arrived with flowers was strange and inappropriate for Sister-in-law having a tough time, a better card would have been appreciated. Flowers were beautiful though.
