My order was delivered in a box with nothing to protect the roses. No means of keeping them hydrated during transit either. I couldn't believe that they were just placed in a cardboard box without even a paper wrap around them. Although I requested delivery on Thursday 4th. July. They weren't delivered until Saturday the 6th, July. Very disappointed with your 'service' . You have reimbursed the cost, for which I thank you, but I'm afraid you have lost me as a customer.
