If I could make it minus one star I would
I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s 80th birthday.
Ordered on 11June and promised delivery for 14June.
No flowers have been delivered although the money was taken from my bank account.
I have now written 3 emails, both to Flying Flowers and Interflora but have received no response.
Seems impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone and live chat does not seem to be working.
I will never deal with either of these companies again.
Back to Bloom & Wild or Serenata
