If I could go any lower than 1* I would. Ordered flowers specifically for Mother’s Day, informed they would arrive before 4pm, 5pm comes and nothing. Rang up, informed they’d be there before 7pm...it gets to 8pm and still nothing!
Not best pleased I ring up asking what’s going on. I find out they haven’t even been out for delivery yet! “We can only deliver Monday now”, well what’s the point in that?
Managed to receive my refund this morning, they still sent out the flowers yesterday, my mum sent me a photo over of them. By far the worst set of flowers I’ve came across.
Terrible company, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!
