Flying Flowers more like lying flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a bouquet and chocolates to arrive for my mothers 70th Birthday on the 13th December. Order was placed on the 12th December under the falsely advertised 24 hour delivery policy. its now the 16th December today and still nothing has arrived. I contacted Flying Flowers who advised it would arrive on the 13th. surprise surprise nothing came. eventually received an email after requesting complaints procedure 3 times advising that this would be resent and would arrive before 4.00 on Saturday. 4.00 on Saturday rolled around and nothing arrived again. After chasing again on the Saturday I was advised new flowers would be dispatched and would be arriving on Monday prior to 8.00pm via recorded delivery. Chased again today (Monday) and after been advised that order had been dispatched at 12.52 by Katy chased again this evening to be advised "Ive just looked at this order and im cant apologise enough, the order doesnt seem to have been despatched for today. I can send the items again for Wednesday with the upgraded delivery *daisy" spelling errors intentional still nothing has arrived from this company nor has any contact been made from them please if reading this or if you are considering using their services dont !!!!!!!
