The flowers arrived ok and were much appreciated by the receiver. However, I had great difficulty in ordering them through you!! Firstly I was not able to do an order on line and then had 2 conversations with different people on your internet reply system. Eventually someone rang me and I was then able to place orders for flowers and goodie box - but it all took a long time! However, the end result was good , so thank you. I will order again but based on this experience I think I will order by phone for any future orders!!
