Usually excellent, but a problem with four identical orders made this Christmas was that, despite the individual accompanying messages dictated over the telephone being read back to me, when I received the email confirmation I was concerned to see that two of my orders were recorded as 'no message'. It took ages to get back into contact to request corection, and I received no confirmation that this had, in fact, been effected.
