For the second time my order was not delivered on time. This time the flowers arrived 2 days after the contracted day,which meant my wedding anniversary. To be told that 95 percent arrived on the stated day just caused more anger.
Free delivery was offered to me as part of my package, I did not order it outside of that offer. I have since gone on line
There is no mention of 95 percent on the page offering free delivery but at the bottom of everything relating to a order. May I suggest that this statement is shown on the first page which shows available flowers, which offer free delivery and not seen until the end of the other page.
The only reason I did not rate the company lower was because after a lot of argument, I was offered a refund.
