I sent a message and a photo about my order on 28/1. Unfortunately the bulbs were all damaged along with the message card which was also damaged. It was a gift so I was disappointed that it didn’t arrive in good order. The recipient was understanding but it did spoil the thought. Her comment wast that the packaging wasn’t robust enough and it had not travelled well and despite the message on the outside to keep upright that didn’t seem to have been the case. Regards
