Ordered flowers on Friday morning for a friend as a surprise, to be delivered by post on Saturday. Not received a text from her so assume she hasn't received them. Rang Flying Flowers to see if they can track, only to be told as its by post they can't, and there is a 2 day window. This not mentioned on the website that I could see, so they could be half dead by the time they arrive.
Very disappointed with the service and will be using a local florist in the future.
