I was disappointed at the flowers that were delivered to my friend as they were not the same as the on line picture. However, when I raised the issued it was dealt with very efficiently and effectively by customer service department. That's all you can ask- mistakes happen and its how they are rectified that is important. So overall acceptable but customer service on is on very good. thanks
