Ordered flowers on Tuesday at lunch time using the "free delivery for orders placed before 6pm". Finally delivered on Friday - missing my sister in law's birthday yesterday. Customer services totally unhelpful. No apology, just keep telling me free delivery has a 48 hr window (which still means they should have arrived yesterday) or that I should have paid an extra £6 for 'guaranteed' next day delivery.
