Charged £32 (an extra £5.99 for an express delivery). This was meant to be a surprise for my sick sister. Flowers delivered 10 days later to the wrong person. I have requested a refund. Still no response from customer services after 4 emails.
I will be contacting the commerce commission if I do not receive a full refund in 3 working days.
Do not use this company.
