Dissatisfied with this company. Booked and paid for flowers on 11 April paid an extra £5.99 for express service so that my sister who is sick would receive them. On 21st April delivered to the wrong person. No reply after 4 emails from customer services. My sister has not received her flowers. I have requested a full refund please. Can someone please answer my emails. Commerce commission would be interested in this type of activity, charging for services not fit for purpose! Thank you.
