I have written you at least two emails - no response. Flowers I ordered for my aunt's 96th birthday were sent to the wrong address. There is no excuse for this and she was very disappointed. I want an immediate explanation and a refund please. It seems I am one of many - what on earth is going on at your company? I won't be using you again as this is not the first problem I've had when dealing with you.
