I ordered flowers on Thursday 23 April for delivery the next day. On receiving the acknowledgement of my order I noticed what appeared to be another address as well as the address and post code where I asked for the flowers to be delivered. I immediately sent an email requesting this be amended. I didn’t receive a reply. I sent a further 3 emails, again no replies. I tried to telephone Flying Flowers. Yesterday I sent an email to Sales Enquiries. 25 Apr recd a reply telling me they couldn’t help me. I could possibly understand this if I hadn’t contacted Flying Flowers on several occasions. I hope I won’t be charged for these flowers.
