Unfortunately on this occasion I was unsatisfied. I ordered 3 plant gifts back in March and the wrong item was sent on 2 of those occasions and just never arrived on the 3rd. Super disappointing as they were mothers day gifts, to have to ask someone if you received something and then they never do is very sad for the recipient, especially as they're an elderly lady who has been isolating alone.
