Dear Flying Flowers
I was very concerned that the flowers did not arrive on the specified date of 7 May, but I understand that when they did arrive they were beautiful.
May I ask if you are part of Interflora? In 2015 I had a very bad leg accident and as a thank you to four particular carers, I sent them flowers via Flying Flowers (or so I thought) and they all arrived by special delivery - there was no delivery charge involved - they were all in vases and absolutely beautiful and fresh. I am concerned that this is not the case now and that these recent flowers had been in the post for several days - they were for our daughter's 30th birthday and especially poignant in these days of COVID19.
I would appreciate your comments.
