I ordered Flowers for my daughter last Monday 11th May, for delivery on the 14th may so far they have NOT been delivered, i know that she has not got them as she always sends me an email plus send a photo of the Flowers.
I have phoned only to be told "no one available", also have sent at least 5 emails for several of your emails only for the to have them returned says "cannot deliver". I am a long standing Customer and this is the first time my order as not been delivered on time. I know that there is a problem with Lockdown, but why keep taking orders when you cannot deliver them on time, At least if you had mentioned that deliver dates could be problem.
can you please contact me to let me know when ,if ever, they will be delivered.
