For some years, only 1 occasion has caused me disappointment, last year. This year, orders have been excellent, except, an order I placed over 2 weeks ago, for delivery on 16/5, has received no confirmation of dispatch, nor delivery. Last year's disappointment, was for a lady's 101 birthday - delivery came to me, wrongly. This year, delivery was in remembrance of a death. I'm now worried, again.
