The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. She sent me a photo, but I was a bit disappointed as I thought that the bouquet would be bigger.
Another disappointment was the communication, I sent a mail to customer service, this was before the flowers was delivered, I got no acknowledgement of this mail, however the flowers was delivered safely and on time.
