Two bouquets arrived on time. The third was not delivered until 3 days later. I was anticipating making a complaint but my
Mother tells me this afternoon that they have finally arrived and are in good condition. I am very relieved. The problem was Royal Mail but I now have no need to complain.
An advisory note for yourselves though: perhaps you could incorporate a note of preference for alternative delivery arrangements if no one comes / is unable to come to the front door to take receipt of said item.
