I ordered next day postal delivery late on Thursday evening, didnt arrive on Friday for my friend's birthday, i emailed and was told that I had missed the cut off time for next day delivery - fair enough. But they did not arrive on Saturday or Monday. Cannot call due to Coronavirus?? Surely working from home entails answering the phone. I have emailed customer care but not had reply yet. My friends birthday was Friday so its a bit useless if they arrive any later now. I would just like a refund. Just for the record i have been happy with previous orders and would still order again.
