Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I found the website, the telephone and the online chat service very inflexible. Yes I made the mistake of not adding the recipients name and address. I accept that!! As soon as I pressed the button to send I realised what I had done. I immediately sent an
return email explaining what I had done, received a no reply email!!I went back to the web page to edit the mistake...no edit button, what!! I made a telephone call to customer service which told me you weren't taking calls!!!! I then went back to chat line on your web page, only to be told the address couldn't be change and the flowers would be coming to me!!! What!!!! this was all less in than 5 minutes!!! so very inflexible!!!! ~I did send a message to your Customer Service Team from the website but never had a reply!! I can't be the only person who has ever made a mistake when ordering flowers on your website.. And when the flowers arrived to ME the following day........6 days later they were all dead the roses never opened out and the stocks just drooped. So I was glad they hadn't gone to the right person!!
I sent another order using Zing Flowers and sent to the correct recipient, but I could check and edit from their email and their website so I think you know I will not be using your company again. Update your website! The week before my mother in law sent some flowers from you which did get to the recipient minus the card and the chocolates ordered which you had to refund!!
