Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of flowers and the way they were packed in a box. The flowers did not look like the ones pictured on your website..
Additionally, you have an option to pick a date for free delivery but the flowers were not delivered on that date...
I am happy with the online chat customer service, how friendly and responsive the person was.
