Having ordered from flying flowers several times ,I ordered with confidence for a friends birthday. However she told me that although the roses were perfect the rest of the bouquet was sadly lacking and that even after a couple of days the flowers did not refresh and were wilting. I contacted flying flowers who were very concerned and gave me a full refund . Good customer service. Am happy to order from them again
