I ordered next day delivery on Friday 12 June and paid extra for it. Apparently I should have ticked for Saturday delivery which is the same cost. Because of this I expected the goods to be delivered next working day which was Monday 15 June. It is now Wednesday 17 June and the gift has still not been delivered. The money was quickly taken from my account on 12 June. Very disappointed with Prezzybox - received a very curt reply initially to say my delivery time was stated on my order. I have now asked for a refund as they have my money but the goods have not been delivered.
