Flowers and chocolates were not delivered on the date as per the order confirmation. When I contacted them several days later, they said they were lost in transit and they would issue a full refund, no offer was made to send them out again to rectify the issue. More than a week later the recipient contacted me to say she had received a parcel from Royal Mail with a box of DEAD flowers (but no sign of the chocolates) so I've no idea what went wrong there but they obviously hadn't even got the initial order right to begin with (i.e. no chocolates in the box)!
