Flowers did not arrive until a weeks after the scheduled delivery date. They were dead! Perhaps not the fault of Flying Flowers but the Royal Mail? When I contacted Flying Flowers 2 days after the scheduled delivery date and the flowers had not arrived at that point, they were really quite unhelpful, suggested I re-ordered. They did process refund without quibble but were not really interested in the fact that my flowers had not been received on time.
