I made my order for flowers in response to the ‘free vase’ offer. I entered the ‘FREEVASE’ code with the order but there was no evidence of that on my order. The flowers were lovely, but no vase. I was told that it was too late to add the free vase to the flowers as they had already been dispatched. Despite the glitch in the system, I am happy to receive vase now.
I have emailed 2-3 times about this, but to no avail. I hope this can be rectified soon.
