First time user and impressed so far. Good communications via email with regards to the order and delivery. I'd value a comments box/special instructions area if possible as the person I delivered to is not very mobile and has a frame and it can take a very long time to get to the door. Fortunately on this occasion her home help was there when the delivery came but I was worried if they'd be left if she hadn't got to the door. Great service and product and I will use again.
