I ordered the flowers two days before the date they were needed and they were a day late.
I did not find that acceptable.
I was told by your company that it’s Royal mails fault.
You give a calendar with the date you want them to be delivered so you aught to make sure they get there for that date you requested, otherwise state that they won’t be there on that date.
I had my cousin looking in bins on his drive to see if they had put them in there.
The site I usually use are always delivered on the day requested
