There was no notice to say which way up the parcel should be and the flowers were obviously carried upside down and were delivered upside down. The gel had leaked. Disappointed with flowers this time - not as good as last two bunches.
Don't know when they were delivered as person was not at home (it was a surprise so didn't know they were coming). Should have been Saturday and thy were delivered today.
