The hamper was very well received thank you, but the flowers arrived the next day after the recipient's birthday by post and I don't believe they were Grade A flowers or looked anything like the picture in the catalogue. Also a lot of cut blooms at the bottom. Also the whole point of sending the flowers and the hamper on the 11th was for my friend's birthday. I had ordered well in time for the free delivery as you will see from my date of order. This is not the first time that I have been disappointed with your company, so I am afraid that I won't be using you again. You must admit that I spent a lot of money altogether for the two items.
