I am very sorry to say that my friend was most disappointed with the condition of the flowers she received.
I appreciate that you replaced them but it saddens me that as special birthday present was a disappointment, especially since the flowers I have sent in the past have come up to expectations.
I had hoped that during lockdown and unable to deliver flowers personally, I could depend on a reliable on line delivery.
