My friend loved her Birthday flowers..eventually. They were delivered @ 9.30am ish but there was no indication they were flowers..being flat packed and put through letter box. She only opened them when I rang at 4.30pm!! Some title or note should be put into the box re: to unpack asap..or your title and logo etc. It was such a pity I had to ring her..it did spoil the moment.of surprise.
