Ordered flowers as a gift on a Thurs for Fri delivery, unfortunately they did not show up. Waited until Sunday and as they still hadn’t showed I sent an email to Flying Flowers asking for an explanation as to what has happened and a full refund. They did reply to me within half an hour with an apology and advising I would receive a full refund, although I still didnt know what happened to my flowers. They did consequently turn up on Monday but they were not in a good way and only one or two were rescuable. I am hoping this was just a one off, and due to how they responded to my complaint I would consider using them again in the future.
