Flynowpaylater have received our refund from our travel provider (Lastminute.com) who we have been battling with for almost a year for our refund from a cancelled holiday due to COVID. Now we are battling with FlyNowPayLater for our refund, they say they’ve processed it but there’s no sign of it, their customer service is appalling. Don’t use them! We just want our money back which we are owed, over £2000. I have sent SO MANY emails to their support flynowpaylater email, and most of the time they don’t bother replying or just send really vague replies.
