Like many we are not going on holiday because of covid19 straight away within the cooling off period we cancelled our agreement we were told not our problem you still owe us £2000 hang on you are partners with lastminute.com you paid them directly they have been no help to us trying to get a refund we bought a holiday not a voucher we are not getting what we paid for think twice before using this company once they pay the money they don’t care we are getting legal advice
