On April 30, 2024, I encountered strange experience when I made a call to TAP Air Portugal. The representative was rude and unprofessional when I was trying to get clarification on seats reservation for the May 2024 upcoming flights. He just hung up the phone on me. The customer representative needs training on manners, attitude and on how to handle customers. I hope I will not encounter similar experience with TAP Air Portugal, in the future.
