Suffered with a bad back for years on and off. It was suggested that a new mattress might do the trick . I liked the concept of N Rem the way you can adjust the support from soft , medium to firm to suit your body Never looked back. Would recommend to anyone whether suffering with back or sleep problems N Rem is perfect .
