The topper was initially very good and definitely helped my sleep, but over time the foam inserts have "bedded down" meaning it doesn't feel like it gives the same support any longer. I've also found the topper prone to sliding about on top of my mattress which is annoying. A good idea, but very expensive for what's essentially some large chunks of foam.
