I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have lower back disk problems and used to wake up everyday with pains in my hips. From the first night we had this mattress topper I have only had painful hips when I am not in my own bed.
You do read reviews and sometimes wonder if it is actual customers writing them as they can seem too good but I can honestly say as a genuine customer that this topper has made a huge difference to me.
I also would have difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep as I couldn't get comfortable but that has also improved.
