Every morning I used to wake and struggle out of bed, taking a few minutes to get upright and a good hour for the aches to subside. Now when I wake I can stand straight up and wake without the pain I used to, I also have longer blocks of sleep. N:rem has been a godsend...my only wish is that it was around 10 years ago
