I am very pleased with my King size topper from N:rem sleep system, I have RA, plus osteo-arthritis and fibromyalgia, so I need a supportive and comfortable bed to sleep on. My back pain can range from lower to upper back pain so it is handy that I can change the cushions around to support me as necessary, so this was far superior than my previous topper.
The only drawback as with most memory foam toppers is during the summer they can be quite warm, I now use bamboo sheets and that has stopped that little problem.
