I have just received my first ever order, and I am so happy. Parcel arrived quickly and securely packaged. My son opened the boxes to free the furnitures and unwrapped the maileg bunnies and placed everything in his house. All was perfect except for one furniture that shows signs of mold at the back. I contacted the shop and told them of my problem. They really quickly offered to refund me or send me another one; I chose the latter. They right away put a new order for me.
Customer service at his best honesty, 5 stars. I will for sure order again.
