When i final got my ipad back the screen was cracked, it was signed for in my absence, whilst i was on holiday and they are refusing to replace the screen FOC !!!! saying its outside of the returns policy...
as mentioned elsewhere spend more money with someone else.... I am currently intending to pursue them legally
