Appalling. Why have express delivery if you can't fulfill it?
Customer services said my repair was 'more complicated than expected' (a cracked screen - so, in other words, they ran out of time) so my repair would be delayed. No reply to my request for a refund on the express delivery.
Avoid at all costs unless you're not in a rush, I guess.
