I was unsure about using foneangels as I had not heard of them before. Feedback seemed good and price was definitely better than Apple. My screen had broken so sent it off. Very pleased to receive a confirmation of receipt email from them. Nice touch. Then I had an email saying the battery had swollen due to the damage and the screen wouldn't sit flush. Mmmmm do I pay another £45 ? Ok yes. Paid it then a further email to say they were unhappy with the parts they had and were waiting on new ones. A date being given for within 2 weeks.
At this point I was beginning to worry. Anyway, within a couple of days an email to tell me it would be with me the next day. Arrived safely , extremely well wrapped in tissue paper and my original box. It looked like new!
Very pleased with the screen .
Had a call same day to see if I was satisfied and would I leave feedback.
I am pleased and would recommend this company and use them again.
