Service was quick. iPad looks good (they replaced a cracked screen) and the delivery afterwards worked well - I was able to text to say to leave it with a neighbour. Would have been 5* except they tried to sell me a repair of the home button which seems to be working fine - so I was then unsure if it really needed doing or not. It might be genuine or it might be a scam - I have no way of telling.
